I am a Marlboro smoker personally I really love their cigarettes and would gladly choose their brand over another. But I feel that those individuals intent on suing said company would feel better if the company cut a once-in-a-life time check that every cent goes to setup a basic American health service.
This does not mean that anyone who smokes, Marlborough or any other brand should be able to get that free operation or that non smokers could request an operation of their choosing but within the spirit of the rules they would all boon from this. The basic health service would cover a range of items and procedures for free and for all Americans. Those who have cover should continue to pay for now. Once the check has been signed over it would be distributed to each state. Each states head of medicine would spend the money as they saw fit, on a free health service. Anyone caught with their fingers in the till would be caught and subject to media 'enlightenment'. The Marlboro company should not be threatened but simply offered this opportunity to prosper, threats of boycott and walk outs would only result in a backlash effect.
Once Marlboro had consider the point and cut a healthy check, then I would happily buy another pack. I am not encouraging you throw away your half packs but if anyone asks you simply say 'this is my last pack'. If we the people can convince them of this charitable move then the other companies would be begging
for a similar donation to the continuation of this American health service.
Govement and civil contracts will remove old rust belts and comdemeded buildings, these areas will play key to either new homes, green areas or commercial sectors. Personally I would preffer trees to be planted and areas of the city to be non-essential traffic areas. This will open up to a free, strong market community. These will create jobs and hope for the worlds unemployed.
The Science of Ethonal and other such low essimission feuls would be made availble world wide as no one should ever hold the keys to that beast again.
Every city that has a sizeable population would have civilven and goverment ran plants to produce feuls. Those who polute the most will be asked to fund the peoples welfare the most, let there profit margin be the savour of the people. These repaid debts will only be a reflection of respect for the goverments that have allowed them to fluresh in the past. No firm with be forced but only those who volenteer there services will be rewarded.
Off shore wind farms, hydroelectric plants will replace the nuclear/oil and gas stations when they are ready to do so. Solar pannels will be made cheaply and easily to afford every home. I have a drawing for a portable solar power pack which would have the ac and adaption to make it a useful and funtional item anywhere in the world, I am soon going to release this and many other of my inventions into the public domain. Recycling methods will be explorered and refined.
Gentic reshearch should be stired away from the human gene, as creating the perfect human is a fruitless task as we will never be that race or person. I am in favour of creating or replicating organs for harvest but that is another issue. Instead I surgest that we geneticly modify trees instead. Mainly with the idea of creating a new breed of tree that can eat more carbon and produce more oxygen. Thus helping with the echo-crisis we are faced with.
The Fight against Terrorism can become its own firebrand, as groups with views that do not sit with those in authority or fit with the sentiments of the Demographic are forced into the waysides of Democracy.
It is with such a heavy degree of social misunderstanding that these factions are forced into the extreme and when fuelled by weapons and violent acts they become Terrorist. Protection of civilians is paramount for any nation but it is only through peaceful negotiation and reason that true Democracy can be upheld for all of its subjects.
Once that faction picks up arms for their cause those in power will brand them ‘Terrorist’ as treason never prospers. So we understand that it is only Democratically elected governments that hold sway with such terms and may tell us that they are under attack by terrorist groups, not freedom fighters. We know through out history that freedom fighters and terrorist normally dress the same way do the same job and aim for the ends.
One can use a machinegun the other can use pen, I believe that we can only move forward in the spirit of progress and understanding to throw off the mental shackles of the New World Kings, Only through mental agility and arms of an intellectual nature can they be overcome then and only then will we be truly free of the cycle.
When I was younger I watched countless hours of goalless draws on rainy weekends and the unforgettable talents of Frank Skinner and David Baddiel, with the visionary wisdom of 'Statto' (Angus Loughran). This combination of frustrating football and legendary comic moments has lead me to an idea for the future. I would personally love to see a series of matches played by subs, coaches and the player managers of the old school in a small league of 'tsunami appeal' style matches. Gambling, ticket, advertising and broadcast revenue would be to which ever charity happened to be picked for that match but I suggest a one fits all overview money going to such causes as cancer research, the next match rickets and so on. These charities may not all be medical matters but the catch all term would save me donating to build a new bus terminal in Harlow, thats what I pay taxes for : )
So the core idea is for gentlemen of the game from far and away to play a friendly game for as long as they wish, with unlimited subs and a fun element that the professional leagues some time lacks but not to replace the Charity Shield. With unlimited Subs and terrestrial Television broadcast this could be the start of something new and exciting for just another summer of fun in the sun.

When I was a aged around 5 or 6 and I wanted to relax in the shade with a nice cooling drink I would walk a mile to my nearest shop. Thankfully I was able to purchase a bottle of Crown lemonade which came in a glass bottle, only costing 12 English pence and due to the fact the the bottle was made from glass it had a 10p return on it. I was able to take a ten pence piece and as many 2 ps as I could carry for a whole summers afternoon worth of drinking lemonade and revealing in Crowns recycling genius. What happened to Crown Lemonade? They probley went bust as every child of the eighties was up to the same trick...some where between the Beano and number 73.
Anyway, my proposal is this if the Coca Cola company could offer a 10p return on their plastic bottles from a 70p product this would still keep them afloat. This would not hamper their contractual sales such as fast food restaurants pubs or bars, so the changes of them disappearing like Crown are very much reduced. I would not like to segregate products into separate ways of recycling plastic but it would be a headline case and step in the right direction for a world wide corporation and this venteran of the Cola Wars.
The bottles you be sterilised and reused, Coke, recyle = cash oh and more coke of course and of course if Pepsi where to offer a better deal then naturally I would indorse their slick product over Coke.
A side Note:
Collection points for this campaign could be held at schools, commercial outlets and Supermarket chains that are commited to the project. If Coca Cola are not willing to take their own plastic back then Pepsi will?
Just another simple way we can 'save' the National Health Service.
A new product for research and development. If an company produced large amounts of Omega Negative blood, purified and cleaned. For sale on the open market with enough procdeeds going to fund the NHS.
When each country is producing enough blood to sustain the Emergency rooms in their own hosptials and for private customers this will lead to more lives being saved and hopefully enough revenue to sustain the NHS for a time
Of Course I am aware of the backlash effect this product would recieve on the open market as I know how people can stand around and attempt to bloke abortion clinques and so some people will be appoised to this idea.
But United Defencive can make unchecked Billions of dollars worth of 'blood money' and no one even knows the content or cares for their wares and it would be with a heavy sense of capitalist irony that would occur if the product ever made it to the open market, as they are shipping bullets into innocent bodies, we would be pumping in vitae into the same body. Just another victim of circumstance and thank God those gentiles where there to fuel the capitalist beast from both ends on the spectrum.

After a recent conversation with my Father I have decided to write to a number of the UK's leading morgage lenders and try and convince them to allow for a 250 year morgage repayment time.
This would mean that the day to day struggle of paying a £300 pound morgage would be greatly reduced and would free up a great deal of personal wealth. This would mean more lesuire time for those who wanted it, a happy retirement for those who have earned it and more comfertable heart-rate for most citizens.
This 250 year lease on property could be smiled up by inheritance laws as it is hard to get a penny past the goverment with out them taking their share.
I see this as a step foward to getting the UK out of debt and back on the road of prosperity both for the individual and for the nation as a whole.

Of course this would not effect those who wish to repay their morgage in the 25 years if they wish to. If it was my shout I would give ex-service men and women, nurses and doctors this forcility without question.

Hi there, may I first say that I very much enjoy your product but I have been recently made aware of your recycling incentive for NewCastle Brown glass bottles and wish to receive further information on the process, where you are have recycle/cleaning plants, if this only practised in the UK? If you have any other plan to recycle your other bottled products and if these recycling plants are owned by S&N or a third party.
